What to expect...

Morzine is a quintessential alpine town situated mid way between Mont Blanc and Geneva in the northern French Alps. With typical wooden alpine chalets, a host of bars and restaurants and a huge ski area, its easy to see why so many people fall in love with Morzine. Despite its growth from when tourism started in 1920 with Le Grand Hotel, Morzine has managed to maintain its charm from days when it existed as a traditional market village.

Located in the heart of the Portes Du Soleil but just over an hour from Geneva airport, Morzine is the ideal town for your ski retreats in the winter. The resort has a fantastic snow history from December to April due to its location in the northern alps and proximity to Mont Blanc. Snow coverage is also great as many of the resorts lower slopes are pasture land so not much snow is needed before youre off and away. See our Morzine Winter section for more information

Once the snow has melted the summer begins and Morzine has even more to offer. With the lifts running in the summer time the resort opens again offering some of the most famous mountain biking trails in the world. If thats not for you then theres road biking, walking, parapenting, climbing, horse riding, rafting, kayaking, fantasticable, deval karting, sunbathing by the pool and much much more. See out Morzine Summer section for more information
