In order to offer our clients flexibility we offer a 2 phase management system that is split between reservations and physical management. This allows you to select either service independently or use both options together to create a full management package
Reservations.
For our clients desiring help with their property reservations we can exclusively manage all enquiries, reservations and payments on their behalf. Payment for this service is on a commission basis at only 20% of the value of the bookings taken.
Management.
We strive to take the best possible care of our clients property. Our management service is designed to offer a thorough, professional service giving the owner peace of mind and the guest a fantastic holiday experience. Our service includes:
- meet and greet services
- a point of contact for guests in resort
- an information pack on guest arrival
- end of stay cleaning
- linen fitting and removal
- beginning and end of season inventory check
- key holding services
The price for this service is based on the size of the apartment as outlined in the table below and is only chargeable for weeks when there are guests in the apartment.
